treatment of functional conditions. A personal consultation
with Dr. Marc Longo and a complete disclosure of medical history
are necessary for diagnosis and treatment.
Your insurance carrier will
evaluate medical need, and thus determine your financial responsibility,
based on our gathered data including examination, testing, and
referral from your primary care physician.
If your diagnosis and exam results
are reviewed and deemed medically necessary, then we will help
you file with your insurance carrier. Please bring your current
insurance information and photo ID with you on your first visit
to our office.
If your goals are more aesthetic
in nature and not a functionally limiting condition, then we
will advise you on your personal investment. We accept cash, all
major credit cards, and personal checks with a valid drivers
