Immediately after surgery you will be moved to a comfortable recovery suite to rest. After a short time your friends and family will be permitted to visit with you. In most cases after a brief observation period, you will be released to go home. It is necessary for best results to follow the Doctors post-operative orders precisely.

Normally a three day period of rest is recommended before starting to return to light activities. Ease back into your regular diet by beginning with juices and lighter meals for a couple of days. Contact lenses and makeup can be applied seven to ten days after surgery. No heavy exercise or strenuous activity should be undertaken for at least two weeks after surgery. In most cases you can return to work after a week and resume all normal activities in three to four weeks.
